Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is currently seeking ten (10) dedicated individuals for the role of Auto Funders in California. This position is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in joining a dynamic team that supports auto dealerships. The role requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, handling retail and lease contracts with precision and care. The roles are 100% remote and pay $18/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate retail and lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations, and state/federal laws and regulations.
  • Handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve held offerings during peak hours as needed.
  • Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Auto finance background preferred
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • College degree preferred

Required Work Hours

All candidates must be able to work any schedule between 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Some schedules may include 4x10 shifts, such as Saturday-Tuesday. Saturday will be a regular workday for most schedules.

Benefits

Competitive pay at $18 per hour.

This role requires adaptability to work any assigned schedule. Candidates must be open to flexible hours and willing to work weekends as part of their regular schedule.
