Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Santa Clarita, CA
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $23-$25/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect parts and assemblies for conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)

Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections

Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand quality requirements

Identify and document non-conformances; communicate issues to production and engineering teams

Maintain detailed inspection records and reports

Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations

Qualifications:

2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

Proficient in using a wide range of inspection tools and equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
