Job Description

Established company is seeking a receptionist for a temporary position in the greater Pasadena, CA area. Pay range: $18-21/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm, positive attitude
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
