Warehouse Inventory Clerk
Location: West Los Angeles
Schedule: Full-time, on-site | Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
Reports To: Supply Chain Manager
Salary: $20-$22/hr
Benefits: M/D/V premiums paid by company, accrued PTO on bi-weekly basis, 9 company holidays, last week of December is off, 401k (match after 12 months), Tuition reimbursement (after 12 months), discretionary bonuses (after 12 months). Company provides lunch on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate material flow and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Verify packing slips against purchase orders and input data into inventory systems.
-Coordinate with buyers and production teams to issue materials, manage kits, and resolve discrepancies.
-Maintain inspection logs, facilitate returns, manage outgoing shipments, and perform accurate inventory transactions.
-Conduct weekly cycle counts, year-end physical inventory, and uphold organized, FIFO-compliant storage.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED required.
-Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably with electronic components.
-Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (Excel specifically).
-Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Preferred:
-Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse safety protocols.
-Ability to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting required.
