Job Description

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Administrative Support/Receptionist to join their client's professional team in a prestigious high-rise building in the heart of Irvine, California. This position presents a fantastic opportunity for a polished candidate to work in a dynamic environment surrounded by legal professionals. This role is initially a temporary position with the potential for permanent hire, as it fills in for a full-time employee on leave.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones promptly and professionally.
  • Sorting incoming mail and managing outgoing mail posting.
  • Greeting visitors warmly and announcing their arrival to the appropriate parties.
  • Booking and organizing meeting rooms to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stocking and maintaining kitchen areas to uphold a pleasant environment.
  • Handling parking validations efficiently.
  • Performing basic administrative functions such as printing and scanning documents.

Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with visitors and team members effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance suitable for a high-profile work environment.
  • Experience in administrative or receptionist roles is advantageous.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Benefits

Competitive pay with a range from $19.00 to $19.58 per hour, commensurate with experience.
