In this role, you'll lead the charge in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding experienced professionals, new graduates, and interns-while also managing essential HR functions like employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced hires and campus programs.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for day-to-day support and guidance.
Coach managers through performance and development conversations.
Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and policy adherence.
Support compensation, benefits, and organizational planning alongside leadership.
Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and internal HR practices.
5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong recruiting experience.
A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in working independently and partnering with leadership.
