A Large Automotive Manufacture is seeking a LOA & Benefits Specialist in Irvine, CA.

Pay Rate: $32 - $37/hr

Short Term Position covering LOA.

Responsibilities:

• Primary liaison between employees and Benefits on leave of absence matters.
• Provide education on LOA eligibility, compliance and Company processes.
• Complete required LOA paperwork.
• Respond to general LOA questions in alignment with Company policies and procedures.
• Support the Benefits team on other Benefits related programs and day to day processes.

Overall Experience:

• Experience with leave of absence laws in California and other states.
• Experience with FMLA and CFRA laws and general leave of absence requirements.
• Leave of absence administration (compliance monitoring, return to work process).
• Benefits program experience desired.

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
