Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a background in employment law or civil litigation. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to support multiple attorneys efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting multiple attorneys in a high-volume work environment.
  • Filing documents with the courts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilizing Clio software for managing legal documents and schedules.
  • Assisting in the preparation and organization of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintaining and updating case files and legal records.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, court dates, and appointments.
  • Managing communication with clients and other legal professionals.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all legal matters.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience as a legal secretary.
  • Experience in employment law or civil litigation preferred.
  • Proficiency in Clio software is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, first shift.

Benefits:
