Wednesday, Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer service-oriented Part-Time Receptionist who is bilingual in Mandarin and English to join our team in Pasadena, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is proficient with computers, and thrives in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist with appointment scheduling and confirmations
Maintain organized and up-to-date client records
Provide general administrative support to staff
Translate or communicate in Mandarin as needed
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
