Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Location: Hybrid - Webster, MA (3 days in-office, 2 remote after training)
Pay Rate: $34-$41 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some flexibility available)
Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for long-term, full-time opportunity)
Our client seeking a driven and adaptable Contract Recruiter to join our team and support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and team leads to attract top talent across various departments, with a focus on financial and insurance professionals.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple systems and stakeholders. This is a hybrid position based in Webster, MA, offering the flexibility to work remotely two days per week after completing training.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of open roles across business sectors
Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, CRM systems, and other tools
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic hiring support
Handle high volumes of requisitions efficiently while maintaining quality of hire
Generate and maintain manual recruitment reports and metrics
Ensure excellent candidate experience and consistent communication throughout the hiring process
Participate in team meetings and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives
Adapt to shifting priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Minimum of 2 years of corporate recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for financial and/or insurance roles is strongly preferred
Familiarity with CRM or ATS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions effectively
Comfortable with manual reporting and tracking recruitment data
Team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work
