Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Social Media Coordinator for their client in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is vital in driving the organization's social media strategy, crafting captivating content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance data to ensure brand consistency across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing social media platforms and adept at fostering positive online communities.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and message. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Implement and execute strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Identify key platforms and create tailored strategies for each, managing social media calendars and schedules.
- Engagement & Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media. Engage with online communities to foster a positive brand image and facilitate conversations with customers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Report on performance to stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and sales professionals to develop successful campaigns. Coordinate with other departments and work with content creators, graphic designers, and team members to ensure brand consistency.
- Other Duties: Stay updated on the latest social media technology and best practices. May also be responsible for website adjustments and other digital marketing tasks.

Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
