Our client is seeking an HR Director that will serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director of Talent & Organizational Development, helping shape and execute a human resources strategy that supports long-term organizational growth. This role leads key HR functions including compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and engagement. Additionally, this individual will manage communications with legal counsel on employment matters and build HR systems that are forward-thinking, compliant, and aligned with company culture.
What You'll Do:
Drive HR Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that reflect organizational values and support business goals.
Compensation & Benefits: Lead the creation and execution of total rewards programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with regulations.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle sensitive employee matters and coordinate with legal counsel to ensure risk mitigation and legal compliance.
Culture & Engagement: Champion initiatives that promote employee engagement, workplace culture, and overall retention and well-being.
HR Data & Insights: Develop key HR metrics and manage reporting processes to support strategic decision-making.
Policy & Procedure Oversight: Oversee the development and maintenance of HR policies in alignment with legal standards and best practices.
Relocation & Attendance Programs: Direct strategic efforts around employee relocation and attendance policies.
Benefits Oversight: Contribute to the design and administration of benefits and retirement offerings that attract and support talent.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
8+ years of HR experience with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Expertise in HR strategy, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
Experience guiding large-scale organizational changes and HR programs.
Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and legal teams on complex issues.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, HR metrics, and Microsoft Office tools.
SHRM-SCP or equivalent senior HR certification preferred.
Previous experience leading a cross-functional HR team within a large organization is a plus.
Compensation:
Salary range: $130,000 - $200,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on location, experience, and other role-related factors. A full benefits package may also be included.
