Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Lead Assembly - 730 for a supervisory role in California. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities and hands-on experience in assembly operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in the production line.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise assembly team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor and maintain equipment functionality, reporting any issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency in assembly operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure skill development and proficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production outputs and report to management regularly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within an assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using assembly tools and equipment, with a strong understanding of assembly processes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1st Shift
