Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in identifying and seizing new business opportunities (Latin America). As a Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the company's market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and present proposals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Monitor sales performance and report findings to senior management.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure that all business development activities align with company standards and goals.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in a supervisory position.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Channel/B2B/Sales/Distribution Manager experience
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift.
