Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated ACH Specialist to join their client's team in Oregon. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about banking operations and customer service. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and processing ACH transactions while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, maintain, and process all originated ACH transactions.
  • Research requests and disputed ACH transactions.
  • Balance ACH process daily and work closely with Treasury Management.
  • Provide customer service to stores, customers, and other Financial Institutions.
  • Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations applicable to the position and stay informed about regulation changes.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of banking experience.
  • ACH experience is extremely helpful, but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of, and experience with, online systems and bank processing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent.

Required Work Hours

Onsite - NE Portland

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary: $21 - $22 per hour
