Schedule: Mon-Thurs Onsite - Friday / WFH 40 HR/Week (Flexible Start Time)
Employment Type: Temp/Project-Based - about a month

Start Date: Monday, January 27th

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet Data Analyst to manage and optimize our fleet's data systems and processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can quickly adapt to dynamic tasks and contribute to enhancing fleet efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
    • Update and verify vehicle information, including insurance coverage and GPS tracking details.
    • Revise mileage logs, service schedules, and maintenance records.
    • Manage gas card systems, ensuring all assigned locations are up-to-date.
    • Identify vehicles for sales and ensure proper data entry into systems.
  • Fleet Optimization:
    • Track and analyze fleet data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely scheduling of vehicle services.
  • System Updates:
    • Ensure all systems and records are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Implement and manage software solutions, including Geotab (GPS tracking and maintenance scheduling) and Wex (gas card systems).

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in fleet management, data analysis, or a related role.
    • Proficiency in managing vehicle tracking systems (e.g., Geotab) and gas card platforms (e.g., Wex).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
    • Familiarity with fleet-related software and tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with GPS tracking systems and vehicle maintenance scheduling.
  • Ability to start and adapt quickly to project-based tasks.
