Job Description:
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Manage 20+ requisitions at one time for production, office, and maintenance roles.
* Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage candidate communications.
* Partner with hiring managers to develop effective staffing strategies.
* Support HR functions: workforce planning, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Maintain ATS records with accuracy.
* Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
* Prepare recruiting metrics to improve overall recruiting and retention effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
* Associate's Degree required
* 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
* MUST have experience recruiting for manufacturing roles
* Previous experience utilizing ATS systems
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $60,000 to $70,000
* Schedule: M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
* Location: 100% onsite
