Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service with a focus on promptness, accuracy, and courtesy to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Prioritize building strong relationships with guests through every interaction, including phone calls and emails.
  • Manage and respond to 30-50 telephone calls daily, assisting guests with booking travel arrangements.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide clients with accurate information regarding international travel requirements, including visas and passports.
  • Assist clients in uploading and verifying personal documentation necessary for travel.
  • Troubleshoot technology and process-related issues over the phone with clients, offering clear guidance and solutions.
  • Offer constructive feedback while demonstrating patience and understanding with each client interaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience; experience in retail, hospitality, or the restaurant industry is ideal.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a high degree of patience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, researching, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple systems effectively.
  • Experience identifying and reporting trends in customer interactions.
