Location: 100% Onsite in Saint Paul

Pay: $58k-$62k

Job Duties:

  • You'll manager everything from bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and filing systems, to office supplies and information management.
  • Step in to assist with HR-related tasks when needed
  • Manage office supplies and keep everything well-stocked
  • Serve as the point of contact for issues related to phone systems, security, IT services, and office equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by managing incoming calls, emails, and resolving customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining office records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the management team in identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Manage office space planning, including workstation changes and space optimization.
  • Ensure the functionality of office equipment and manage relationships with vendors for maintenance and supply needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management and be flexible with working hours as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; or 2-4 years of office management experience.
  • Accounts Payable/receivable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
  • Good judgment, with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and workflows.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
