Job Responsibilities/Description:

  • Provide support to internal teams on accounting, operations, and compliance matters, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Manage and track client accounts across multiple systems, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to resolve any incoming activities or issues.
  • Collaborate with different departments to address challenges and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team by contributing to various projects.
  • Monitor daily work requirements, tasks, and overall team performance, ensuring alignment with department standards.
  • Offer feedback to supervisors on daily operations to maintain smooth and continuous workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to documented policies, procedures, and internal controls through communication via email and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Maintain documented procedures for projects such as onboarding advisors, opening new accounts, and managing current accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Management, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, with training provided!
    • Previous client or customer service experience is a plus, even from industries like hospitality (e.g., serving, banking, retail sales).
    • This role will support remote advisors, assisting with tasks such as opening new accounts, handling paperwork, transferring funds, and onboarding new clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service experience, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $45-55K
  • Schedule: Hours: around 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday
  • Location: Hybrid work schedule after training
