Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representatives to assist a client in the SW Houston.

POSITION SUMMARY

Candidates must have an outgoing and positive demeanor, be motivated, energetic work ethic, be a great listener and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment. individuals will be responsible for researching property titles for various tax purposes and maintaining accurate records of all research and call activities.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to learn new skills, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining professional relationships with customers through ongoing excellent customer service.
• 2-3 years minimum customer service experience with high volume inbound and outbound calls

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
• Researching skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Strong confident telephone voice
• Ability to Multitask
• Self-sufficient
• Prioritize and Re-Prioritize with a sense of urgency
• Customer service skills
• Call center experience is preferred
