Job Description

Executive Assistant needed immediately for a long term opportunity:

  • Providing a broad spectrum of administrative support for a CFO
  • Board of Directors experience preferred with meeting minutes knowledge
  • Heavy calendaring, making travel, meeting and event arrangements
  • Preparing and coordinating reports and presentations and preparing expenses
  • Must have Microsoft Office proficiency, create PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, must be technically savvy
  • Strong proofreading and grammar skills
  • Exceptional communication
  • Works well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Independent and takes initiative to complete tasks
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated and prepared to show proof
