Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Legal Assistant to assist a client in the SW Houston.

Job Information:

• Temporary-to-hire, In office
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Pay: $17/HR

The Legal Assistant in this role will support a law firm that specializes in Bankruptcy and Collections. This is a fast-paced environment therefore, a highly organized individual would be a great fit for this position. The position offers a great opportunity for both legal assistants and entry-level applicants seeking valuable experience in the legal industry. Skip-tracing experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate must possess the qualities below:

• Ability to work in a high-volume, document production environment
• Detail Oriented; Ability to multitask
• Must be able to prioritize job responsibilities
• Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook required
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
• Strong research skills required
