Ultimate Staffing is seeking to hire Property Title Examiners to support a client in SW Houston area.

Salary Rate: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Hours: M-F, 8am - 5pm In office

Property Title Examiners will locate and provide information about a) owners of, b) liens filed against, and c) legal descriptions for real property assessed under delinquent tax accounts. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be reliable, and must be able to understand the legal documents including court cases that affect real estate titles.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Familiarity with real estate transactions and how real property is described.
• Knowledge about ownership of real property.
• Understanding of legal documents that convey and encumber real property.
• A working understanding of multiple sources of land title information.
• Experienced with Title Data, Inc.
