We currently have several openings for Cash Application Specialists in the Energy Corridor area of West Houston. We are seeking experienced candidates who can execute the company's payment cycle processes including posting payments, and processing credit and debit memos. Cash Application Specialist are also responsible for performing the company's billing cycle responsibilities including entering miscellaneous billing transactions, performing post-billing QA checks and distributing invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Posts lock box and direct payments to customer accounts
• Processes recurring credit card payments
• Receive all credit/debit memos and collaborates with client services to resolve issues, finalize all credit/debit memos
• Prepare invoices for mail out

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, cash processor or reconciler
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
