Field Application Engineer 2904
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Travel: Primarily the East Coast, with approximately 20% travel frequency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, thermal engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with thermal solution products, including fans/blowers, cold plates, liquid cooling systems, passive systems, and electromechanical components.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, as well as internal product development and sales teams.
- Lead the technical aspects during the product development phase of new projects in the sales cycle.
- Provide a technical sales perspective to support development and implementation, while communicating with the R&D team at headquarters.
- Prepare materials and participate in product presentations, including maintaining the action item tracker.
- Build relationships and offer customer support by providing information related to quality issues.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support cross-strategies and propose products to customers.
- Drive the renewal of the technical tracker from the R&D and PM teams, ensuring updates are communicated to customers.
- Participate in global conference calls and be prepared for travel as required.
