Job Description

We are looking for a Benefits & HRIS Administrator with strong HRIS experience as well, and solid knowledge on Benefits administration. Ideally with expert knowledge on ADP WorkforceNow!

Duties:

  • Lead implementation and upgrades of HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now).
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide user support.
  • Automate HR processes like onboarding, benefits, payroll, and time tracking.
  • Conduct data audits and generate HR reports and analytics.
  • Design and manage competitive benefits packages.
  • Research and evaluate new benefit options, negotiating favorable terms.
  • Assist with compensation programs as needed.
  • Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and claims.
  • Support employees with benefits inquiries and manage open enrollment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of combined experience in HRIS administration and benefits management.
  • Expert proficiency in HRIS systems like ADP WorkforceNow or similar programs (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state regulations governing health, retirement, FMLA, and other employee benefits.
  • Proven ability in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work well within a team.
  • HRCI, SHRM, or CEBS certifications (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Korean is a plus.

  • Salary range: $65-80K (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (30-minute lunch)
