Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including the CFO.
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings with precision.
  • Support the board of directors, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Handle sensitive financial and organizational information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure seamless communication and task execution.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in C-Suite executive support, ideally within financial or related industries.
  • Expertise in managing heavy calendaring and complex scheduling.
  • Experience supporting a board of directors is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Fully vaccinated and able to pass a background check.
