Revenue Integrity Team Manager

Location: North Palm Beach County

Salary Range: $65,000-75,000

Ultimate Staffing has partnered with an established hospital network in the North Palm Beach County area searching for a Revenue Integrity Team Manager. This role focuses on managing facility charging and pre-billing operations to enhance revenue processes.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the revenue integrity team in optimizing charge capture processes.
• Monitor trends to address billing challenges and improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
