Position Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $20-$21/hour

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support in a fast-paced financial environment. In this role, you'll assist leadership with key administrative tasks, manage department operations, and support financial advisors with various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
