Sales Center Coordinator

Location: Westlake, Palm Beach County, FL

Schedule: Weekends required (Saturday & Sunday); two weekdays off

Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour

About the Role:

Join our team as a Sales Center Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and supporting the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks. This is a non-commissioned role ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Keep the sales center clean, organized, and stocked with materials.
  • Manage office supplies and assist with sales collateral.
  • Process registrations and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with lead management.

  • Experience in customer service or office support is a plus.
