Job Title: Digital Content Copywriter

Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Content Copywriter with 3+ years of professional experience for our St Louis clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling, audience-focused content that drives engagement, boosts brand visibility, and supports business goals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and strategy teams to produce high-quality content across a variety of digital platforms. Projects can vary from advertisements, branding, social media, email, website, video, and product copy. Candidates with strong SEO experience are highly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and other online platforms.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with the company's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines to maintain a consistent brand identity.
  • SEO Integration: Incorporate SEO best practices into content to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine content for grammar, style, and accuracy, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategies and optimize engagement.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and digital content best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to create cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in digital content writing, copywriting, or a related role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with keyword research and optimization.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing a variety of digital content, including short-form and long-form writing.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
