Job Description

A well-established law firm in Arlington County is seeking a motivated Legal Administrator to join their team. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with equivalent experience to start or advance their careers in the legal field.

As a Legal Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's operations and ensuring smooth interactions with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and client support, including handling client inquiries, managing requests, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee the processing of client orders, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining up-to-date information on custodial contacts and locations.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on pending requests and resolve any issues, delays, or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the efficient completion of tasks and provide assistance where needed.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging interactions professionally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
