Financial Company in Moorpark CA is hiring for an HR Coordinator to cover a Leave of Absence. This role is 100% ONSITE, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
$24 Hourly
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for onboarding new hires and all employee change data requests. As the Specialist, you will be responsible for processing employee information and maintaining employee records within the HRIS.
Duties Include:
Process all separations
Act as first line of communications for all job related changes for all employees
Follow directions to ensure that federal and state law compliance related to system objectives
Assist in creating and following company policy/procedures
Protect Data Privacy at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
Strong HR systems aptitude and ability to learn and become an expert in the HR systems
Must be proficient in Excel and Word
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
Experience with I9 completion process (verification knowledge, state requirements, etc.)
Managing day to day HR operations processes, and supporting multiple employees during new hire onboarding, as well as continued support throughout employee tenure
