Job Description

Local construction contracting company seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join their team. The right candidate will come with a book of business, have experience selling in commercial construction, and be ready to work onsite in Escondido, California.

• Meet bid and proposal deadlines
• Track the Bid Calendar
• Review project plan sheets for scope and quantities
• Encourage positive communication between departments
• Utilize applicable sales tools effectively (Salesforce.com, Concerto)
• Facilitate pre-bid project reviews
• Provide on time, accurate site surveys at a local branch level to meet National Accounts survey request timeframes
• Drives the pre-sales estimation process for commercial construction
