We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant for a non-profit organization. As the HR Assistant you will help with various HR projects and support the Payroll/Benefits Manager.
Onsite
M-F 8:3apm-4:00pm
Pay $23-$24 per hour
Temporary position
Must be available to start right away
Job Duties:
Support payroll/benefits manager
Manage employee records, help maintain accurate records
Update HRIS records as needed
Provide general HR support
Help maintain positive work environment and support employee relations
Assist payroll with addressing time and attendance issues from timecards
Support Recruiting with scheduling interviews and approving reqs for posting
Help with onboarding paperwork and new hire training
Offer general administrative support
Must be computer proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; Workforce/Totalforce and ADP
Ability to take direction and handle support where needed
