Position: Service Admin
Duration: Temporary to Permanent, growing team!
Pay Rate: $26 - $28/hr
Location: Central San Diego, Kearny Mesa
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Growing organization in the Construction Services industry needs a Service Administrative Assistant to join their Team! As the Service Admin you will work directly with field staff and project managers to get updates on work orders and share the information with clients. To be successful in this role you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn the industry and ability navigate the technical reporting needed.
Job Duties:
Liaison between internal staff and customers
Place work orders as needed
Discuss options with clients to place correct orders
Input data into industry systems for reference as needed
Attend weekly meetings for project updates and communicate stages to customers
Assist with timeline schedules for projects
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma Required, AA or Bachelor Degree preferred
3+ years administrative experience
Service experience, comfortable communicating with clients
Strong technical skills and ability to learn industry verbiage
Willingness to take a temp to perm role for a growing and changing department
