Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Customer Service Representative with a background in aerospace to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions while maintaining a deep understanding of aerospace products, services, and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries related to aerospace products, services, and orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery of aerospace components and services.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on order status, technical specifications, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, engineering) to ensure customer satisfaction and that aerospace product specifications are met.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and issues in the CRM system.
  • Manage returns, repairs, and exchanges in compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and technical knowledge to better serve clients.
