Position Title: Executive Interviewer
Job Duties:
* Engage and Recruit Participants: Proactively recruit participants for client market research projects with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Conduct outbound phone interviews to collect essential information.
* Participant Screening and Lead Management: Screen participants thoroughly, follow up on promising leads, and conduct targeted research to identify suitable candidates, utilizing specific databases and web searches.
* Meet Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve recruiting and participation goals, maintain high call volumes, and meet other key performance metrics to ensure project success.
* Polished Business Communication: Maintain a professional, assertive, and polished communication style, confidently interacting with individuals across all levels of an organization.
* Project Management and Deadline Adherence: Oversee recruiting projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and production goals while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high quality standards.
* Data Integrity and Accuracy: Ensure that all collected data is reliable and valid, adhering closely to project schedules and guidelines to support research objectives.
Requirements:
* Proficient in time management, with strong skills in project follow-up and completion, overcoming objections, and effective closing strategies.
* Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite with proven proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Capable of supporting various data entry tasks, including label creation, screener entry, and report generation, particularly during lighter recruiting periods.
* Adept at building rapport with gatekeepers and prospective participants, fostering strong professional connections.
* Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
* Accurate data tracking skills with a typing speed of 45+ words per minute.
