Job Duties/Description:
* Support the sales department with administrative tasks, including: monitoring inbound emails, managing bid documents, and creating records for new leads and opportunities.
* Prepare weekly sales reports
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
* Handle calendar management, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
* Manage inbound phone calls and route to the correct department
Requirements:
* High School Diploma
* 1+ years of administrative or sales support experience
* Previous experience with a CRM system (Salesforce)
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $45,000 to $50,000
* Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
* Location: In Office
