The Maintenance Coordinator Supervisor (MCS) role reports directly to the Sr. Vice President of the Maintenance & Construction Division. It is a full time 40 hour per week role Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:-00 p.m.
The MCS will oversee a team of Maintenance Coordinators who are assigned to a specific customer. The MCS will review priority work tickets and assist Coordinators in achieving our customer requirements. The MCS will review inputting of Coordinator notes to ensure continually updated information on a weekly basis for all open work orders.
MCS will coordinate with customer on a weekly basis to review work orders with issues.
Will act as a Liaison between Coordinators and Purchasing Department to ensure order are tracking and ETA's for delivery.
Will coordinate with the Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to review work order absorption with scheduled PM's.
Will review Projects with the Projects team to determine work with Coordinators work order / vendors.
Produce Sr. Vice President's expense report monthly
Attend strategy meetings / review meetings with Sr. Vice President
Approve payroll time sheets of assigned employees
Approve time off request of assigned employees
Support Coordinators as needed when heavy workload
Hire / Train Maintenance Coordinators or additional staff as needed
Able to coach staff and set expectations for servicing our customer
Proficient in Microsoft programs
Great multi tasker
Great communication skills
