We are hiring a Part Time Administrative Assistant in Irvine to support the Corporate Human Resources Department

Contract role (3 months)

Pay rate for this role is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years professional administrative support experience required. HR administrative support experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Must be able to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Requires an excellent command of the English language

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the first point of contact for the corporate Human Resources office. Interacts with all levels of management, vendors, clients, and customers.
  • Greets visitors, answers, and directs phone calls, processes incoming and outgoing mail, inventory, and orders office supplies. Maintains office and kitchen space, parking validation and transponders, as well as office equipment.
  • Liaisons with the building manager, office maintenance, and after-hours phone answering service.
  • Orders employee name badges, name plates, and business cards.
  • Compose, proofread, edit, and distribute correspondence including emails, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Creates and distributes the management on-call schedule.
