Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret project scopes to assist the team in delivering final project outcomes to clients.
  • Prepare material submittals and manage the approval process.
  • Support ongoing construction management for local projects, including reviewing contractor change orders, responding to requests for information (RFIs), and coordinating schedules and communications with team members.
  • Conduct job-site visits with project stakeholders, including owners, brokers, contractors, architects, suppliers, and inspectors, as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables within set deadlines.
  • Gather and solicit quotes from contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors for labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Engage with clients to discuss project requirements, deadlines, approaches, and expectations for both potential and ongoing projects.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding project progress and deliverables.
  • Organize a "To-Do List" for outstanding tasks, establishing a timeline and prioritization for completion.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.



Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a construction-related field or completion of two years of relevant upper-division college coursework.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:

  • Highly organized with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to job sites and the office.
