Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative/Member Service Representative I (banking industry)

Location: Full-time, onsite. San Diego, CA

Pay: $17 to $21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

· Provide exceptional service to new and existing members

· Perform teller transactions (open new accounts, loan transactions, deposits, withdraws, transfers, etc.)

· Balance the cash drawer

· Perform account file maintenance

· Interface with new and existing members

· Promote the credit union's products and services to members

· Answer incoming phone calls and process requests

· Abide by the credit union policies, procedures, and standards

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Cash handling and customer service experience

· Previous Teller or Member Service Representative experience preferred, not required

· Proficient oral, written, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work well with others and excellent active listening skills
