Project Manager - Gardena, CA

We are seeking a Project Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Gardena, CA. This role involves leading multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $140,000, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate efforts between team members and general contractors (GC) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage change orders to ensure timely and profitable execution.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
• Implement and manage cloud-based project management software.
• Maintain accurate project documentation within the software platform.
• Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a project manager in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Full understanding of construction drawings is required.
• Familiarity with CAD is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, Trello, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative independently.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a bias toward action and problem solving.
• Positive attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma required; Project Management certification is a plus.
