Account Support Specialist Opportunity (Temp to Hire)

Pay: $18-20/hour + quarterly bonus (5% of annual compensation split across 4 quarters)

Location: Remote (St. Louis, MO 63120) - Occasionally required to come into the office

What You'll Do

As an Account Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our customer service team, helping us deliver excellence to our clients every single day. Working with high-profile accounts, you'll be at the center of the action, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied clients.

  • Communication: You'll create compelling client correspondence, develop presentations, and maintain essential contact lists. You'll also get to pitch ideas and strategize with clients, so your creativity and critical thinking will shine.
  • Operational: Oversee customer work orders from start to finish. Coordinate between various teams-facilities, installers, electricians, and techs-to make sure everything is manufactured, delivered, and installed right on time.
  • Inventory: You'll stay on top of inventory, ordering parts as needed, and ensuring our stock levels are always in check.
  • Excel Expertise: You'll spend plenty of time in Excel, so being proficient with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions is a daily activity

Top 3-5 Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Experience with warehouse and inventory management is a big plus!
  • Excel expertise: If you know Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and more advanced Excel functions like the back of your hand, you're the perfect fit. (Excel testing will be part of the interview process.)

Tools & Technologies

  • Epicor ERP (used to release shipments).
  • Advanced Excel (think Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.).
