Our company is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join a fantastic client of ours here in Sacramento.
Responsibilities:
Maintain employee contact lists;
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel;
Office supplies orders and general inventory;
Client Customer Service;
Setting appointments;
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries;
Assist customers / clients with any questions or concerns that they may have;
Directing calls to the correct department;
Requirements:
Highly organized;
Previous receptionist experience preferred;
Outstanding communication skills;
Spanish Bi-lingual required;
2+ years of Customer Service experience;
Upbeat personality and demeanor;
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
Type 35 wpm preferred.
