Client in Los Angeles is seeking an Office Manager to work onsite

Job Title: Office Manager
Pay: $75k-$100k
Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire
Job Description: in the new offices the Office Manager position will oversee administrative and light accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
* Will maintain the front desk answering phones and greeting high-level clients
* Coordinating conference rooms and catering for meetings, lunches, and other special events
* Organize the office layout, maintain office supplies, and arrange for repairs. May also be responsible for space planning, such as moves and changes to workstations.
* Manage administrative systems, procedures, and paperwork. This includes maintaining file systems, managing databases, and using software like spreadsheets
* Light accounting and reporting in QuickBooks
* Bachelor's degree required
* Previous experience in professional services setting: finance, legal, or accounting
