We have partnered with a great customer based out of Dunedin, who is seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist with the overflow of incoming insurance claims calls. You will need strong customer service experience, answering heavy phones. You will also need to have empathy and compassion for the people calling in their claims.
Anyone with previous insurance claims experience is a plus, dealing with insurance calls regarding Hurricane and flooding, talking to people who may have lost valuables, so need patience, compassion and need to be able to thrive in busy and stressful environment.
Need computer skills and phone skills...main task will be answering phones and looking claims up in the computer, transferring calls etc.
Hours will be no more than 40 hours per week.
Must be able to work weekends - will need to work at least one weekend day with a week day off.
Hours may vary between 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, and / or 11am- 8pm
Pay: $17- $19/ Hour
