A company based in Redondo Beach, California, is seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Manager. The role involves overseeing various HR functions for remote employees in multiple states, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and facilitating talent management processes. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish. The salary ranges from 80k to 95k and the position is fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with and support the leadership team on driving business strategy and HR functions
- Provide integrated HR management services across the organization
- Partner with talent acquisition for staffing strategies
- Implement employee relations strategies and handle conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Support change management initiatives and facilitate effective communication of business strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of HR Manager experience OR
- No degree with 5 years of HR Manager experience
- Flexibility, self-direction, motivation, and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years of HR generalist experience highly preferred
